Cyclone Power 'Red Velocity' 4300Kv (750W) 64mm Special Metal EDF.
Most 64mm EDF units are constructed from plastics. However as EDF units produce high temperatures this can have adverse effects on power outputs not to mention motor and ESC problems due to overheating. It can cause loss of power or damage to these components. Some manufacturers have added 'Alloy rings' into the EDF unit to help deal with these issues but now, Lander Technology has designed their new 64mm unit specifically taking this issue to mind.
The whole shroud (including the Motor Cover) is constructed from CNC cut Aluminum. This means the whole EDF unit acts as one large heatsink keeping the motor much cooler and increasing performance to its maximum. The 3900KV Brushless Motor is factory installed having been fitted using thermal grease between the motor and shroud. (Thermal Grease is the material normally used in computer CPU Heatsink manufacturer).
The Cyclone Power 'Red Velocity' 64mm special metal fan is a direct replacement for Starmax, Hobbywing, Edo, Top Gun, etc, fan unit's, please remember to fit an ESC capable of handling 4s and the increased current draw.
