Initially, we recommend that you create a customer account to speed up the shopping process.

You only need to do this once. Thereafter, when you log in, you can: view the orders you have made, view the items saved in your shopping cart, manage your newsletter preferences, view or change your product notification list, view or change your account information and address book entries and change your account password. How to shop:

Each item on our site has a detailed description and specification. You can access this further information simply by clicking the product name displayed on the product main pages. When you are ready to buy the item either, click the Buy Now button 
button if you are on the product listing page, or click the Add to Cart button button if you are on the product detailed description page.

Both buttons take you to the 'What's In My Cart' page where you can update the quantity or remove items. The contents of your shopping cart are saved temporarily so that you can continue shopping, adding items to your shopping cart until you are ready to check out.

When you are ready to check out you have 2 options.

Option 1 - using the PayPal checkout button on the 'What's In My Cart' page.

If you have a PayPal account simply click the PayPal
              checkout button. This will take you straight to the PayPal login page where you can review your order summary including your purchases and shipping charge before signing in to your PayPal account to make the payment. Please be sure to veryify your name and delivery address details before authorising the payment. We are obliged to send the goods only to the address provided on the order invoice sent to us by the PayPal system.

Option 2 - using the Checkout button button on the 'What's In My Cart' page.
 
Already signed in? - Simply click the button and you will be directed to the 'Delivery Information' page.

Not signed in? - Simply click the button and you will be directed to the customer 'Welcome' page where you should sign in before continuing to the 'Delivery Information' page.

Not yet registered? - Click the button and you will be directed to the customer 'Welcome' page where you should create a new account providing us with your contact details and delivery instructions. Once you have created your account, click the button.
You will then be directed to the account confirmation page. Click the button once more.
You will then be directed to 'Home' page where you can verify that you have signed in successfully. Clicking the button at the top ot the 'Home' page will take you to the 'Delivery Information' page.

When you reach the 'Delivery Information' page, you should confirm your shipping address (making any relevant changes), select your preferred  shipping method by clicking the relevant 'radio' button, and add (optional) comments about your order.

If you have chosen to pay by PayPal, you will be taken straight to the PayPal login page where you can review your order summary including your purchases and shipping charge before signing in to your PayPal account to make the payment. Please be sure to verify your name and delivery address details before authorising the payment. We are obliged to send the goods only to the address provided on the order invoice sent to us by the PayPal system.

If you have chosen one of the other payment options, you will be directed to the 'Order Confirmation' page.




When you have checked that all of the order details are accurate, click the button............................ Job done!

What happens next? - Once your order has been placed successfully and payment authorised, we will send you an e-mail to confirm receipt and keep you informed about the status of your order as it progresses through our system.

Important: Please note that for the 'Cash on Delivery' or 'Check/Money Order' payment options, we will not send any goods until payment has been received either by telephone for Credit/Debit card payments, or by mail for cheques.

Remember that you can go back and change your order or preferences at any time by clicking the 'back' arrow on your browser.

If you leave our web site or log out before completing your purchase, the contents of your shopping cart will be saved.
